We are member-owners of the Syracuse Real Food Cooperative who are concerned about the bylaws changes and other operational issues within the Coop.

We are members and friends of the Syracuse Real Food Cooperative who seek to create a greater climate of participatory democracy within our cooperative.

We oppose the new Bylaws as they continue an ongoing pattern of centralizing control away from the membership and into the Board.
